Property Management
This package allows the landlord to have a hands off approach to the tenancy. Camloc property will deal with everything from credit check to safety checks. Our fees are deducted monthly from the rent collected and the balance forwarded to the landlord. Camloc offer a 24 hr emergency repair service to the tenants and process all renewals on behalf of the landlord . Rent protection packages are available for the landlord, price upon request. Camloc will register the deposit and deal with all day to day tenancies issues and queries. We will advise the landlord of all repairs and deduct the cost of repair from the rent collected as well as the cost for annual safety checks such as the Gas safety Inspections
Rent collection
The landlord manages the tenancy. Our job is to find the best tenants and the full credit checking process. We will also organise the tenancy renewal agreement and check the tenants right to rent prior to signing the tenancy. The rent is paid monthly to Camloc who deduct our fees and forward the balance to the landlord . Rent protection packages are available for the landlord, price upon request. Camloc will register the deposit and advise the landlord of any tenancy safety checks that are required such as the annual gas safety inspection.
Let only
The landlord manages the tenancy. Our job is to find the best tenants and the full credit checking process. We will also organise the tenancy renewal agreement and check the tenants right to rent prior to signing the tenancy. The landlord collects the rent directly and the tenant deals with the landlord for all repairs and queries. Camloc collect our fees at the start of the tenancy and each tenancy renewal.
