Urgent repairs
If you have a repair in your property that could cause risk to you or the property such as a leak or electrical fault please call 0203 598 6767 during office hours and out of hours too as it will auto divert you to the out of hours emergency line.
Our emergency repair team will attend and make the property safe, our general contractor will then attend during working hours to organise any further repair or decoration
If the emergency is in a communal area of the building please call the building management company who’s number is advertised in the main entrance
Gas leaks report to 0800 111 999 or call 999 emergency
Fire or safety issues call 999
Non Urgent Repairs
If you have a non urgent repair that does not need immediate attention please email [email protected] or call 0203 598 6767 during office hours . we will aim to respond within 24 hrs
Communal area Repairs
If you live in a property development all repairs required in the communal areas of the building such as carpark, hallways, lifts should be reported to the building management company who should have contact details available in the communal entrance of your building.
